מאיפה הידיעות?

מפרסומים גלויים בלבד: Google News, פידים של אתרי חדשות ישראליים וערוצי טלגרם ציבוריים. האפליקציה מציגה כותרת, מקור וזמן, והכתבה עצמה נפתחת באתר של המפרסם.

למה ידיעה נעלמה?

הפיד מציג רק חומר מהימים האחרונים ואינו ארכיון. ידיעה שסימנת בכוכב נשמרת אצלך במסך "ידיעות שמורות".

איך מפעילים התראות?

לוחצים על הפעמון שלמעלה ובוחרים על מה להתריע. באפליקציית האייפון ההתראות מגיעות כמה פעמים ביום, כשהמכשיר בודק ברקע אם יש חדש — לא ברגע הפרסום. באתר באייפון צריך קודם להוסיף אותו למסך הבית.

ההתראות לא מגיעות

בדוק בהגדרות האייפון ← רדאר הכסף ← התראות שהן מאושרות, ושב"רענון אפליקציות ברקע" האפליקציה פעילה. במסך ההתראות יש כפתור "שליחת התראת בדיקה".

מצאתי ידיעה שסווגה לא נכון, או שמזכירה אותי

הסיווג לקטגוריות אוטומטי, לפי מילים בכותרת, ואינו קביעה כלפי מי שמוזכר בידיעה. הכותרות עצמן הן של המפרסמים. אם לדעתך ידיעה מוצגת בטעות — כתוב לנו כאן למטה עם הכותרת, ונבדוק.

Where do the stories come from?

Public reports only, found through Google News. The app shows the headline, source and time, and the story itself opens on the publisher's site.

Why did a story disappear?

The feed only shows the last few days and isn't an archive. A story you starred is kept for you under "Saved".

How do I turn on alerts?

Tap the bell at the top and pick what to be alerted about. In the iPhone app, alerts arrive a few times a day, when the device checks in the background for something new — not the moment a story is published. On the website on iPhone, add it to your Home Screen first.

Alerts aren't arriving

In iPhone Settings → Money Radar → Notifications, check that they're allowed, and that "Background App Refresh" is on for the app. The alerts screen has a "Send a test alert" button.

I found a story that's misfiled, or that mentions me

Categories are assigned automatically from words in the headline, and are not a finding about anyone named in a story. The headlines themselves belong to the publishers. If you think a story is shown by mistake, write to us below with the headline, and we'll check.

Can I switch between U.S. and Israeli news?

Yes — Settings (the sliders at the top) → "News country". The Israeli edition is in Hebrew.
